Leap for Life has been granted operational support from Region Halland for 2025. This support, which is part of the regional growth strategy, provides more health tech companies with the opportunity to develop products and solutions that enhance health innovation in Halland, drive growth, and improve healthcare and public health for the region’s residents.
As part of its commitment to fostering business development in the region, Region Halland has approved operational support for Leap for Life in 2025. The funding aims to strengthen health innovation by enabling more companies to test and refine their solutions while contributing to Halland’s long-term growth
"This is an important contribution that enables us to strengthen our efforts in supporting companies in their development and accelerate the pace of innovation within healthcare, and welfare in Halland," says Cristofer Englund, Acting Director at Leap for Life.
The operational support allows more companies to access test environments, expert support, and skills development, as well as collaborate with both academia and the public sector. By bringing these actors together, better conditions are created for developing innovative and sustainable solutions in health, care, and welfare.
Thanks to this funding, more companies can take the next step and contribute to a stronger innovation ecosystem in Halland—not only driving growth but also strengthening healthcare and improving public health for the region’s residents.
