During the Innovation Jam, Fábio Gama, a university lecturer in healthcare innovation, along with Håkan Lindström, Global Technical Innovation Manager at Essity, will share insights from a research project that explores whether AI can generate new ideas and find solutions to healthcare challenges on social media.

Speakers:
Fábio Gama
Fábio Gama is a university lecturer in healthcare innovation at Halmstad University and a guest researcher at Santa Catarina State University, Brazil. He holds a doctoral degree in engineering and product development, and his research focuses on data-driven healthcare with a particular emphasis on the implementation of artificial intelligence.
Håkan Lindström
Håkan Lindström is the Global Technical Innovation Manager at Essity Sweden. He is an experienced leader in product development with a focus on technology and innovation. Håkan has extensive knowledge in medical technology, IoT technology, and project management.
About Halland Tech Week
Halland Tech Week is an annual event held during one week in October with the aim of putting new technology and innovation on the map in the Halland region. The event consists of activities to promote innovation and competitiveness in the region. This year, the week-long event will take place over four days in four different locations in Halland.
On Tuesday, the focus will be on the theme of artificial intelligence in Halmstad. Wednesday will feature the theme "Innovation through Collaboration" in Varberg. Thursday in Falkenberg will revolve around the theme of Green Tech, and the week will conclude with the theme of "Future Logistics" in Kungsbacka.
